Terms & refund policy

Apps, scripts, add-ons and datasets are digital products delivered electronically. Managed services (SMTP, mailboxes, VPS, cPanel, VPN, domains and setup work) are provisioned after payment and delivered as access details.

Because digital products and setup work are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise. If something does not work as described, contact us within 7 days and we will help, fix or replace it.

You may install each software licence on one machine unless the product page says otherwise. Redistribution, resale or sharing of downloads, licences or access details is not permitted. Service renewals and usage limits are shown on the product page or agreed in support.

Data & lists

Datasets are provided for the buyer's own permission-based marketing only. They may not be resold, published or redistributed. The buyer is responsible for maintaining consents, suppression lists and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, PECR and local law. Accuracy, refresh and delivery terms are stated on the product page.

Acceptable use

Every product and service must be used lawfully and only for legitimate, permission-based purposes. Spam, purchased lists, phishing, fraud, malware, unauthorised access to accounts or servers, and resale of access are prohibited. Read the full acceptable use policy before ordering: every order is subject to it, and accounts involved in abuse may be suspended without refund.
